pkzz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pkzz platform, including Bangladesh-based players who access pkzz via pkzz.bio or any associated domain. These terms are written in English and, in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English-language version of these terms shall take precedence over any translated version.

Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will be used as your account identifier and for OTP verification. Each individual person may hold only one pkzz account. Accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any associated balances may be confiscated.

pkzz accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. All account balances are held in BDT. pkzz does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Deposits are credited to your pkzz account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider — in most cases, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited within seconds of a successful transfer.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing. pkzz reserves the right to request identity documentation on any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• Funds that were deposited but not yet wagered at least once are not eligible for withdrawal until the deposit rollover requirement has been met.

• Using the pkzz platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity. pkzz is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or interfere with any part of the pkzz platform, its software, game engines, payment systems, or security infrastructure.

pkzz actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using both automated systems and manual review. pkzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pkzz reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the account is being used for prohibited purposes; the account holder has provided false information at registration or during KYC; or continued operation of the account presents a risk to pkzz, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

If your account is closed by pkzz for breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. If your account is closed at your own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure), any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
